Patty
& Phred live a few miles west of Nathrop Colorado. Snuggled
below the Chalk Cliffs of Mount Princeton and near Chalk Creek
and Deer Valley Ranch.
Their
spare time is spent taking the horses to explore the many trails
and valleys along the Collegiate Peak Range. Packing the panniers
full and spending the night out gives them the flexibility to
take the long trips when needed.
Patty
sold her favorite horse last summer to some phriends, however
she is still interested in his well being. Last December the
new owners took Ranger into the Dallas Texas area to drive him
around looking at the Christmas lights. It’s nice to know the
Gregg & Jahn Lafitte enjoy Ranger also.
Phred
was invited to ride with the Roundup Riders of the Rockies in
2001 and has been enjoying the backcountry with as many as 165
Riders for a week long Trail Ride every July.
